Third time I've ordered from here. Won't be doing so again. Always longer to deliver than promised. I'm still waiting for delivery, over two hours after ordering, and half an hour later than promised. I rang ten minutes ago, and was told they'd ring the driver...rang back and said its on its way, should be here in ten ... watch this space.

The food is usually always dead good but tonight was exceptional, chicken tikka masala pizza and donnor chips and cheese, pizza was top notch and the donnor meal was dead good aswell all tasted fresh and was piping hot on arrival.

We order from Shandaar often and love the food. Unfortunately that's twice this week that our food has taken far too long to arrive. Ordered last night at 8.15pm and food arrived at 10.45pm. Had to call the shop to confirm it was still coming. The guy on the phone was nice enough explaining how busy they were but I'd appreciate an honest estimated delivery time if its going to take that long in future. Was working early today and didn't enjoy my meal as I was in a hurry to get to bed.

Poor service, order cancelled. Due to delivery time being missed by more than 30minutes. Which was 90 minutes after order being placed. Still waiting on confirmation that refund has been processed on my credit card. Would not recommend to family or friends.

Popadums good. No salt & vinegar on chips, garlic naan was dry & burnt, chicken Karahi was pretty tasteless, but worst of all King Prawn Massala had tiny prawns in, not King ones. Last order we had was dinner pizza and that wasn’t good either. Used to enjoy the food here. Never again.

Poor delivery service ordered at 17.13 and did not receive until 18.45 and the food was cold. I called the shop at 18.15 to enquiry and was told it had left the shop so like I said once received it was cold.
